Leningrad, today's St. Petersburg, is flown by the Neva, which flows from Lake Ladoga into the New Bay of the Baltic Sea. The city is impressive at that time, especially the Hermitage on the Neva, one of the largest and most important art museums in the world. The Musuem also includes the famous Winter Palace. This is a central part of the UNESCO World Heritage listed St. Petersburg city center.

The Aurora, a warship of the former Imperial Russian Navy, is since 1956 as a museum ship in St. Petersburg. The ship is known as the battleship Aurora, e.g. also as a symbol of the October Revolution.
